Knit Accessories

As this was originally a knit/crochet blog I though it was about time I shared something that actually has to do with yarn work. I found these two cute knot accessories. Too bad I actually don't have the patterns for them.

Yarn on the Runway: Alberta Ferretti

"Yarn on the Runway" is going to be one of my favorite segments on this blog. I don't know about you, but I love to see how professional fashion designers are knitting and crocheting these days. Today I want to start with the designer Alberta Ferretti and show you a beautiful dress that she designed. From what I can tell, it is both crocheted and knit. Enjoy and I hope you get some ideas for your own projects!

Pattern that is Perfect For a Man's Scarf

Here is an easy knitting pattern that is perfect for a man's scarf (or a woman's too).

Here is the diagram:

Key
l = Knit
--- = Purl

Cast on a multiple of 16 stitches. Knit according to the diagram. Start at the bottom right corner. When knitting the wrong side of the scarf just follow the pattern of the previous row. Repeat every 15 rows. It's just that simple!
