My Mary Kay Voxbox

This month I have received one of my favorite Voxboxes from Influenster. It is a box full of beauty products from Mary Kay. Here is a description of everything that I received:

Montagne Jeunesse Pulped Pomegranate Red Earth Clay Spa Mask Review

I am very excited to be able to share with you my opinion on the Montagne Jeunesse Pulped Pomegranate Red Earth Clay Spa Mask. I received this mask in my Violet Voxbox from Influenster. You can read more about that HERE.

Before I share my experience, I would like to share some information about this product. First and foremost, here is the ingredient list:

Aqua (Purified Water), Kaolin (Natural Clay), Illite (Mediterranean Clay), Glucose (Sugar), Xanthan Gum (Natural Thickener), Citric Acid, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Limonene*, Parfum (Fragrance), Cinnamomum Zeylancium (Cinnamon) Leaf Oil, Glycerin (Vegetable Origin), Eugenol*, Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Fruit Extract, Glucose Oxidase (Sugar Origin), Lactoperoxidase (Milk Origin). *Naturally Found In Essential Oils.

Before I buy any cosmetic product, I always read the ingredients. When I received this mask, that is exactly what I did. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that all these ingredients are natural. If this mask contained certain ingredients like parabens, artificial dyes, and mineral oil I probably wouldn't even dare to put this product on my face.

Here are the claims made on the packaging of the mask:

Prepare your skin for a truly incredible, fresh pulped and juiced, deep-cleansing journey with the Montagne Jeunesse Red Earth Clay Spa Face Mask. Montagne Jeunesse infused Mediterranean clay with suitably spicy cinnamon and pulped pomegranate to protect. This juicy boost will captivate your skin and your senses.

Montagne Jeunesse Red Earth Clay Spa Face Mask:

• Pulped pomegranate
• Unbelievable deep cleanse
• So rejuvenating, your skin will be ready to take on the world!

After trying on the mask I would have to say that I definitely agree with the above claims. My skin felt really clean and fresh after using this mask.

PROS:

• Great at cleaning the pores
• Evens out the skin tone.
• Small portion - no dry, expired clay mask to throw away. I like that it is one-time-use. I think Im definitely saving money like this. I never finish my full-size face masks and end up throwing a lot away.
• Easy to use - no mess!
• Vegan ingredients
• Cruelty free!!!

What can be improved upon:

The only thing that I would love for the company to improve is in the ingredients list, specify what kind of fragrance is used.  I hope that it is a natural fragrance and not artificial.

Influenster VioletVoxBox

I have recently received my long awaited VioletVoxBox compliments of Influenster. Here is a description that came with it:

SOYJOY: $0.99

SOYJOY is an all-natural, gluten free snack bar made with non-GMO soybeans and real fruit pieces. Between 130-140 calories, SOYJOY is a great on-the-go snack or it can be enjoyed warm (unwrap and microwave for 8-10 seconds for a "fresh-baked" experience!) with coffee or a tea.

As a mom of a toddle I love a good healthy snack on the go! Plus, I love that this has non-GMO soy. For the last couple of years my husband and I have been really reading the ingredients of all the food we buy. However, I am probably going to try this one warm because it sounds really delicious! 

Montagne Jeunesse Clay Spas: $2.49

Join the Revolution and start a new weekly skincare regime with Clay Spas from Montagne Jeunesse. These natural bamboo fabric masks are infused with clay for cleansing experience that is better, quicker and easier than ever before. 

Just like with food, I am very conscious about the ingredients in my cosmetics.  The first thing I did when I received this package is read the ingredients. I was not disappointed. Everything on the list is something I recognized. Love that!

Not Your Mother's Clean Freak  Refreshing Dry Shampoo: $5.99

I know you're busy keeping up with social life! So don't waste precious time in the bathroom, just use Clean Freak. Get that perfect hair (and the perfect guy!) before all the other girls. Expect more room on your social calendar because this salon formula dry shampoo will have you and your hair ready for a night out on the town. 

I am a firm believer that hair shouldn't be washed everyday. In fact, I only wash my hair abut twice a week. I have been using this dry shampoo for the last couple weeks and I really like it!

           Yesterday, I have finally received my long awaited VoxBox from Influenster. Although the box came a little later than I expected, better late than never. Here is a picture of it:

 I haven't gotten to try any of these products yet but I am excited about every single one of them. The nail polish color is perfect for me! And I have never actually used a BB cream before.

I was so excited when I opened up the box and saw this inside! It was like Christmas morning. I've been wanting to try this pallet for a really long time. I got the pallet for brown eye (which is perfect because I have brown eyes). For only $4.99 you get everything you need to make a gorgeous smokey eye. It has four shades, a primer, and an illuminator. 

• EBOOST

This would be perfect for the long work days. It cost $28 for a box of 20. Not bad considering the fact that it is much healthier than a lot of the other energy drinks out there plus all you have to do is add water.

     And last but not least...

• Goody Simple Styles Spin Pin

This would be nice for a sophisticated bun for work. Looks pretty easy to use. Can't wait to try it. Its only $7.29

My Mom Voxbox is here!!!!
